Some of the factors that are included in weight loss are diet & exercise.
Fat, Energy, and Exercise
The most common way that people have an idea about when it comes to losing weight is that they have to spend a lot of energy in order for them to burn fat.
This is true in a sense, however, as stated above, it is not just the only factor there is to consider when one loses weight. He must find a certain balance of his food intake along with his exercise in order to achieve weight loss.
The energy that is used by those who exercise would usually come from body fat already stored in the body in the case of many people.
A Different Method for Weight Loss
With the knowledge of the two factors being the reason that people would either lose weight or gain weight, which is the food intake and the exercising habits of a person, it may be answered here, whether or not people would have the answer to “Can I lose weight without exercise?” Because the balance of the two is the most important factor in weight loss.
It is possible to shed some weight without exercising. However, there must be a compensation that has to be done along with the lack of exercise that has to be met in order for a person to be able to successfully lose weight without exercise.
This would mean that he must take less calories than he would burn in a day and that is much like eating almost just one meal a day, every day with walking around a lot in order for him to be able to successfully lose weight.
